The first Silicon Valley Bank (SVB) Trek happened January of 2015. Anselme Mucunguzi, ESTEEM Class of 2018, will be in attendance to represent Notre Dame at the third annual SVB Trek happening January 2-6, 2018.

The SVB Trek is an opportunity for students from 19 universities to gain from a networking and career development workshop led by Silicon Valley’s entrepreneurs and venture capitalists. Anselme is currently working on a founder's capstone thesis project, Ctructure, which he wishes to turn into a company. Ctructure, is a service that will provide easy access to the most accurate and up-to-date legal information on commercial and business law in Africa. SVB Trek is an opportunity for Anselme to meet entrepreneurs, founders, venture capitalists and industry experts who will be a great learning source for him in the development of Ctructure. Anselme is mostly excited about being able to share this experience with other students from across the country, who are also passionate about bringing technological advances to market.
