Seminar: Supporting ND's Entrepreneurial Ecosystem

-

Location: Santa Fe Building, 224 S. Michigan Avenue, Suite 225

As alumni of the University of Notre Dame we know that our education was a gift. And that the opportunities afforded through our time at the finest Catholic Educational Institution in the world carry with them unique responsibilities. Yet, how do those responsibilities align with the world of business and what opportunities do the University’s renewed emphasis on cutting-edge research and innovation allow for in the world of entrepreneurship and commercialization?

David Murphy, former CEO of Better World Books (a highly successful for-profit social enterprise spun out of Notre Dame) and current Associate Dean of Entrepreneurship for the Colleges of Science and Engineering and Director of the University’s ESTEEM Graduate Program, will reflect upon the growing trends in business and entrepreneurship, particularly discussing the current entrepreneurial activities at the University of Notre Dame.

We invite you to join us in this conversation about how we can collectively engage in and support this entrepreneurial ecosystem currently being cultivated at Our Lady’s University.

This event is being offered at no cost. Dinner will be served.

Please RSVP to info@ndchicago.org by Monday February 3rd so we can have enough food and provide a guest list to security.
